How this works
Each session draws 30 original practice items from a larger bank and shuffles the answer order. The mix follows the ADEX DT OSCE domain weights, with a few Minnesota dental-therapist items added. This is not an official ADEX exam and does not reuse ADEX questions.
Most items are multiple choice or select-all, like the real DT OSCE.
Each session also includes several fill-in-the-blank items (usually a number: mg, mm, %, or a count). The real exam uses those. It does not use essays.
You get instant feedback: why the right answer is right, and why a miss is wrong.
A running score stays on screen. The end screen breaks results down by domain.
No timer. Start a new quiz anytime for a different draw.
Stay inside licensed dental therapist scope. Advanced dental therapist–only acts (independent oral evaluation/treatment planning, and nonsurgical extraction of mobile permanent teeth) appear only as “what a DT may not do” items. Dentist-only procedures are not tested as if you would perform them.
Name rules — read before you type
Type your first and last name the same way every time. Example: Brooke Anderson
Do not switch to a nickname later. If you start as Brooke Anderson, do not later type Brooke, Brook, or B. Anderson.
Spelling has to match. Capitals do not matter (brooke anderson still finds Brooke Anderson).
Use the same phone or computer and the same browser each time so your scores stay together.
